HB267 referendum reaches signature target in another Senate district

The referendum to overturn HB267, Utah's law restricting public employee unions, has now secured enough signatures in 16 Senate districts to qualify for the ballot. The measure needed signatures from 15 of the state's 29 districts.

The campaign reached its statewide signature threshold on Monday and qualified in 15 districts.

On Tuesday, Senate District 4, represented by Republican Sen. Calvin Musselman, became the 16th district to qualify.
